Messages from General Dlamini to Sergeant Nkosi concern checking compliance on two vehicles linked to Sergeant Nkosi's brother's company.

There is internal confusion because General Dlamini says the service provider must meet with certain parties, but the process requires submission to APPS, then SCM, before coming to the speaker.

he must go and meet with them, right, in those WhatsApp exchanges where Sergeant Nkosi forwards to you where General Dlamini says I need to know whether to meet with Gubis.
