Six months after tender closure, General Dlamini and Sergeant Nkosi were attempting to arrange to cure five mandatory disqualification features of the Ngaphesheya bid which should have been locked down.

There is a list of what is missing in the Ngaphesheya bid and it seems to be interfered with.

The General sent a preliminary list of non-compliance issues regarding the Ngaphesheya bid dated 3 April, demanding several documents to rectify the tender.
