The warehouse manager does not remember names of Hawks members who visited on 1 July 2021 and does not have records to verify the visit.

The search of the container was a consensual or voluntary search agreed upon with the clearing agent who was custodian of the container and the warehouse manager who was familiar with what was expected.

The breaking of seal number H1905754 occurred in the presence of Lt-Col Duma, the Warehouse Manager, DPCI, and a worker with bolt cutters, with a photo taken before the seal was broken.
