The alleged cocaine theft was seized on 2 June 2021 by Lieutenant-Colonel Gavin Jacob's team and relates to allegations of misconduct by Brigadier Nyuswa regarding storing exhibits at the Port Shepstone DPCI office with inadequate security, resulting in theft and disrepute to SAPS involving dishonesty.
