Mr Khuba

Mr O'Sullivan opines the only way to get to the bottom of events is to get a detailed sworn statement from Mr Khuba or have him testify, as the affidavit does not specify interference by General Mkhwanazi.

Mr O'Sullivan states the affidavit Mr Khuba prepared in January 2026 makes no mention of General Mkhwanazi interfering in the Phahlane investigation.

The statement was obtained by Robert McBride and filed with the Ad Hoc Committee, which called witnesses but did not call Mr. Khuba as a witness.
