After the Aeroton one, while you were still with SANEB, before you were transferred to TOMS, there was not another operation where you were involved in? No, not that I can recall, Commissioner.

Witness was directed to go to a meeting at the Houghton Hotel accompanied by Warrant Officer Mahlaba, who works under the witness at TOMS, for assistance with a state vehicle.

I went to the meeting venue with Warrant Officer Mahlaba who works under me at TOMS. And taking Warrant Officer Mahlaba with me was in respect of assistance with state vehicle, as I was not in position of any state vehicle and he was, but Warrant Officer Mahlaba stayed in the car when we got to the hotel.

Sergeant Nkosi was unsure if the case on the 17th was a TOMS case or a Hawk's case but thinks they were responding to the scene as TOMS personnel.

I can not be sure if it was their case . I think because they were in TOMS , maybe they were responding to the scene . But I would not be sure that it was the DPCI or ...
