Mr Mnisi states that discussion with Deputy Dlamini did not continue after the initial talk in the car, and that he was not sharing any sensitive or confidential information at that point.

Deputy Commissioner Dlamini stated that the deployment of adhoc security guards had grown exponentially with additional sites added in January and February 2025, totalling 43 sites.
