The witness was sent by Sthembiso Msibi, son of Jotham Msibi, to collect a jet ski from Mr Cat Matlala in Limpopo, who claimed it belonged to his late father Mr Mswazi; a week later Mr Matlala asked about a card and driver's license left in the jet ski's dashboard, which the witness had taken away but could not answer immediately due to busyness.

I was asked by Sthembiso Msibi, the son of Jotham Msibi, to go and collect the jet ski ... from Mr Cat Matlala ... somewhere in Limpopo as he said jet ski belong to his late father Mr Mswazi ... he phoned me telling me he is looking for the card and the driver's licence that he left in the dash of the jet ski.
