After winning a case at SSSBC, the speaker reported for duty and was told by Lieutenant Colonel Chauke to report to the Organised Crime Unit under Major General Shibiri, but was later told by Major General Shibiri that Major General Motsepe did not want the speaker to report back to her component, contrary to the award stating the speaker should be reinstated with the same terms and conditions as before dismissal.

After winning my case at SSSBC, when I first reported for duty, Lieutenant Colonel Chauke informed me that management has decided I should report to the Organised Crime Unit under Major General Shibiri. When I asked who he refers to as management, he said the Component Heads, meaning Major General Motsepe and Major General Shibiri. I went and reported at the Organised Crime Unit and I was told by Major General Shibiri that Major General Motsepe said to him that she does not want me to report back at her component. That is when he agreed that I can come back with him at the Organised Crime Unit. There was no consultation and the decision went against the award which stated I should be reinstated with the same terms and conditions as before my dismissal.
