The Unit Commander delegated responsibility to control the safe to Warrant Officer AB Van Den Berg, and issued a handing over certificate for this in 2019.

“As a Unit Commander, I was only in control of the office. However, given the tasks and my other responsibilities, I delegated the responsibility to control the safe to Warrant Officer AB Van Den Berg. I attach hereby a copy of the handing over certificate in this regard, JJP2.”
