Chief Mashaba sent a WhatsApp message 28 March 2019 stating "We winning Tumza dignity is going" referring to a contested dignity issue.
“On the 28th of March 019 at 3:14 p.m. you say: “We winning Tumza dignity is going.””
Chief Mashaba acknowledges that money was deposited into his account, indicates thanks and calls it a lifesaver but cannot recall details about the transaction or why he was saved.
“Thank you very Tumza. It has reflected. Lifesaver my brother. So he saved your life. How often did he save your life by paying you? Maybe he saved it this time. I do not remember what we were talking about or what transaction we were talking about here.”
Chief Mashaba identifies 'DD' as Tumza's uncle, Kebby Maphatsoe, who has passed away.
