The Langlaagte docket bears reference to Silverton on the face of the documents, which is confusing because the case originated in Cape Town and Silverton should not be involved.

A departmental investigation by Major General Gerber concluded that Generals Khan and Kadwa were doing their job, which the witness did not find comforting.

There were three cases in the list where exhibits were submitted to FSL in Amanzimtoti because the mass was less than bulk seizures ultimately submitted to FSL in Silverton.

The investigation team made efforts to get the exhibits in totality deposited to Amanzimtoti but all other instances saw successful transfers to FSL main lab in Silverton.
