Clause 7.2.8

Clause 7.2.8 requires parties to operate in each other's jurisdiction only during planned operations with a prior operational plan submission for approval.

“Parties shall operate in each other's operating area or jurisdiction only during planned operations and for duration of the operation . In all operations , an operational plan must be submitted prior to the operation within a reasonable time to the offices as provincial Commissioner for approval.”
