Warrant Officer Mpangase describes his role in drug bust operations as receiving information, applying for authority to purchase drugs, making the purchase, and arresting the dealer.

One will receive information that drugs are being sold at Mbele's. Then you would apply for an authority to go and purchase and then you would get somebody who would go and make this purchase. Once the operation has been given to me, then I would go and get hold of that particular person who would go and buy the drugs. After he had made the purchase, thereafter I would arrest, arresting that particular dealer who has sold it. Those were among many cases that we were involved in.
