General Khan claims he left the scene after introducing Kadwa and Lekalakala to the Risk Manager of the Scanis warehouse on 9 July 2021 at 12:00 hours.
“Kadwa and the Lekalakala arrived on the scene at 12:00 hours on the 9th of July 021. I explained the situation to them, I introduced them to the Risk Manager of the Scania warehouse. After a few minutes, I left the scene.”
The operation involved following a truck allegedly carrying or transporting drugs to Aeroton, at Omnia Industrial Park, where a container was supposed to be delivered to Scania Warehouse.

Upon arrival at Scania warehouse, Officers Mashaba and Mogana allegedly opened the container and later claimed that bags containing narcotics fell from the container, which were then loaded onto Officer Mogana's vehicle, an unmarked black Nissan bakkie.
