Officer Mogana

Upon arrival at Scania warehouse, Officers Mashaba and Mogana allegedly opened the container and later claimed that bags containing narcotics fell from the container, which were then loaded onto Officer Mogana's vehicle, an unmarked black Nissan bakkie.

The officers first on the scene were Traffic Chief Mashaba, Officer Mogana, and Officer Phakula, who allegedly wanted to leave the scene and remove drugs from the bakkie.
