Director Veli Nwandule reported sitting with 35 variable requisitions in his SAP inbox without SLA, letter of appointment, or invoices attached as part of Asset Protection contract issues.

“Director Veli Nwandule responds... I am sitting with 35 variable requisitions in my SAP inbox. I also indicated that on each requisition no SLA, no letter of appointment, no invoices were attached on the system”

Tsukudu Malatji emphasized that Asset Protection is responsible for contract management and that all related documentation must be kept safe at his office for reference and responses.

“Asset Protection is responsible for the management of this contract. Any documentation relating to the management of this contract must be kept safe by my office for ease of reference and response to all sorts of enquiries.”
