A doctor was allegedly assassinated after operating on a patient, and the allegation involves interference by a father who lost his son.
“A father loses his son in hospital when a doctor was operating on that son. It is alleged that father goes and says to his friends he has shot the doctor because he lost his son through the hands of the doctor.”
Commissioner Mkhwanazi states that his grandmother won him in a court of law after a dispute over custody following his parents' divorce.
“The unfortunate part is that the story that I got from my grandmother, my father confirmed that they won me in the 10 court of law. There was a dispute between both sides, I think when they were divorced, that is why they took over you see.”
Commissioner Mkhwanazi says that although Maria Foleni Mkhnawazi is reflected as his mother on his birth certificate, she is not his biological mother but the person who raised him after his mother separated from his father.
“She is my grandmother, she is the one that took responsibility because it was me and my brother. Then there was my father, then they took responsibility. But they went to court for us... they are my grandparents. She is the one that took responsibility because it was me and my brother...”
Commissioner Mkhanazi reveals a court dispute where another woman claimed to be his mother and caused a political dispute, but she gave them love until the father remarried.
“There was another lady who claimed that we are, she is our mother, something like that. The politics that I did not want to dig in, yes. But she gave us love until my father got married.”
