General Senona denies recalling telling Brigadier Nyuswa that Warrant Officer Sander must go to EPR and states he decided to place him at Supply Chain pending investigation.

Warrant Officer Sandertel was moved to Supply Chain under investigation without being told when the investigation ended.
“he then gets placed in, I think, Supply Chain or another place, where he is placed and nothing is said to him . He remains there until he is moved elsewhere and he only finds out that this investigation or supposed investigation was closed, I think, four months or four weeks later”
Invoices must be loaded on a subsystem with contract start and end dates so Supply Chain can create purchase orders, and payments are controlled by Director Maas who ensures payment is released.
