Adv Baloyi SC raises concern that Chief Mashaba accepted money from a person involved in drug deliveries and drug transportation arranged outside law enforcement channels, questioning how this is not problematic for a police officer.

“How should we look at a law enforcement officer like yourself being funded by a person like that ? How is that not problematic”
