Drugs are smuggled into South Africa from Pakistan via Mozambique and other African borders, including Manguni KZN, Komatipoort, Mpumalanga and Beitbridge in Limpopo.

The ongoing Aeroton drugs investigation is unrelated to the inquiry opened by Sergeant Mukwevho based on the drug trafficking from Pakistan through Mozambique to South Africa.

The informant given to Sergeant Nkosi by General Shibiri came from Pakistan.
