Land Tender

Some tenders (including the land tender) were awarded to companies linked to Sergeant Nkosi's brother, which were apparently influenced by Deputy Commissioner Dhlamini advising on compliance fixes.

The 'land tender' or 'demolition tender' seeks to protect city land from illegal invasion and to demolish shacks built illegally.
