Maj-Gen Mogale

On 11 November 2025, Acting Divisional Commissioner Major General Mogale confirmed the speaker's post-promotion by signing the post-acceptance certificate, but the speaker has not yet been promoted for more than four months and no reasons or explanations are given, believed to be unfair treatment due to arrest in the Booysen CAS 98/7/2021 case and unfair dismissal from SAPS for the same case.

I am not yet promoted. No reasons, no explanation is given. I believe I am unfairly treated due to my arrest in Booysen CAS 98/7/2021. I was unfairly dismissed from the SAPS for the same case.”

The FSL falls under the Detective and Forensic Services under a Divisional Commissioner role, currently filled by Maj-Gen Mogale (acting), with Lt-Gen Senthumule as Deputy National Commissioner.
