Stokvel

The Stokvel is not a police stokvel but is mainly composed of police officers with some civilians.

“It is not a police stokvel, Commissioners. However, the members of that stokvel is mainly police officers. And, of course, there will be two or three other civilians. But, in majority, we will be sitting in places where, or should I say, me, myself, I will be sitting surrounded by the police members.”
