Officer Rikhotso

Officer Magane was blocked from leaving the scene by a police van while he was sitting in the driver's seat of a black Nissan bakkie loaded with black sports bags; Magane called for assistance from Officer Rikhotso and others.

“I then approached the driver of that black Nissan who was seated in the bakkie and identified himself to me as Warrant Officer Magane. The bakkie was driving out of that scene. ... He blocked. Then he called, I understand, that is when he called Rikhotso and others.”

On 2021-07-09 at 11:45, Warrant Officer Wood attended an alleged crime scene on request of Officer Rikhotso, but had not arrived by the time COLONEL STEYN and the investigating officer arrived at around 1:00.
