The scene was chaotic and improperly managed, with confusion over involved vehicles and poor control, described as a 'stuff-up'.

there was such confusion and utter chaos... the entire scene was a stuff-up, and there was no control whatsoever... initially it was everybody involved, then nobody, then somebody... The scene was a joke...

The paragraph asserting Warrant Officer Wood's presence at 11:45 was incorrect; she likely received the call at that time but arrived later around 1 o'clock.

this paragraph 4 at 11:45, it is not correct ... I think that would be more correct

Wood's sketch of the Aeroton scene was drawn later in the day than photographs showing a black bakkie with black bags and a marked police vehicle parked in front of it.

You will see a photograph of the black bakkie with the black bags on top of it . . . also in front of that ... a marked police vehicle parked right in front of it . . . Wood's sketch was only done at a particular point in the day . . .
