MAJ-GEN SENONA limited response on the SAP 13 register to the Isipingo SAP 13 and did not address storage facilities at Port Shepstone in that context, despite questions about it.

your response to the Commission in 29 January ‘26 confined itself to the Isipingo SAP 13 ... I want to go beyond that ... because I want to confine my question to the Port Shepstone storage

Warrant Officer Sander personally performed hand entries booking exhibit bags at Isipingo SAP 13 and described the strict process including sealing and cataloging each unique exhibit bag carefully.

It is a hand entry by myself. It is Isipingo SAP 13/163 and it is an entry by myself booking the exhibits in the exhibit bags at Isipingo... Each exhibit bag is unique. It has a barcode so you can scan it, as well as you can handwrite it... Each bag only exists once in its lifetime. So it is unique.

Each brick of suspected cocaine should have been individually listed and fully described in the Isipingo SAP 13, including descriptions of the wrappings and bags containing them as part of the exhibits.

each one of those bricks ought to have been listed in this Isipingo SAP 13 and fully described ... the wrappings, the bags in which it was, the additional wrapping around that bags with the carry handles ... all of those was then supposed to, after it was, the Cocaine was removed from those bags, to also form part of the list of exhibits
