Some police officers allegedly failed to do a proper investigation and appeared to be protecting the owner of the drugs, not wanting to identify them and instead blaming others to protect a smooth movement of drugs.
“If they fail to do proper investigation, I would say from where I am sitting, it is like they were protecting the owner. They knew who the owner of the drugs was, but they did not want, they wanted somebody to be blamed because now these four disturbed the smooth movement of these drugs.”
