Serious Organised Crime Investigation (SOCI)

Maj-Gen Flynn was promoted on 1 January 2019 to Brigadier and appointed as the Provincial Commander for Serious Organised Crime Investigation (SOCI) within the DPCI in the North West Province.

Maj-Gen Flynn was Provincial Commander for Serious Organised Crime Investigation (SOCI) in North West before being promoted to Component Head nationally.

“As stated earlier, I was the Provincial Commander for SOCI in Klerksdorp North West, and thereafter promoted to Component Head for SOCI nationally.”
