Aluwani Makhuba

Major Phiri confirms he lent money to Aluwani Makhuba, who is a businessman and employee of Ramalepe Security, a service provider for the City.

Major Phiri describes lending amounts totaling approximately one million rand to Aluwani Makhuba and associates, repaid in dribs and drabs with payments made into his ABSA bank account.
