An email was sent to all the districts explaining the request for copies of J50 warrants of arrest related to the Premier's Wanted Suspects Project, with Brigadier Nkhwashu as a recipient.

“So if you have regards to the bottom of page 27, you will see there all of the district people that were contacted. Can you see that ? ... And you will see on page 28 that you are one of the recipients ... its says request for copies of J 50 warrants of arrest , Premier's Wanted Persons Project ...”
