Machinery was moving picking up containers from the other side of the depot and others conducting inspections, limiting available space between containers for search activities.

LT-COLSIBIYA confirmed that machinery was moving in front of the container to then move to the other side of the containers, across from the door side.

Lieutenant Colonel Sibiya saw some machinery moving in front of the containers.

Lieutenant Colonel Sibiya stated that movement of machinery was a relevant factor that caused Colonel Jacob to move the crime scene.

Lieutenant Colonel Sibiya confirmed that the geographic space in front of the container was so limited that conducting a search there was impossible regardless of machinery movement.

Lieutenant Colonel Sibiya agreed that the limited space prevented a search in front of the container and that machinery movement was one factor causing the crime scene to be moved by Colonel Jacob.
