State vehicle

Brigadier Nkhwashu says the conversation about bail was not started by him and during the conversation, Sergeant Tshukudu acknowledged using Brigadier Nkhwashu's state vehicle.

“the day we met, definitely I want to say that this conversation was not started by me ... during the conversation, he acknowledged Sergeant Tshukudu that yes, they were using my state vehicle.”

Sergeant Nkosi stated that he was driving a state vehicle on 27 November 2024 when he was at Mr. Molefe's house, but denied using state vehicles for private errands.

“When you were at Mr Molefe's house on the 27th of November 2024, you were driving a state vehicle, correct? That is correct. ... We do not use state vehicles to do errands, but it was on my way.”
