The vehicles listed in disclosures decreased from 30 to 22 between periods, then later to 2, with the last disclosure submitted on 28 April 2026 stating only 2 vehicles, but unclear who submitted that disclosure form.

“Under section 12, vehicles, it is now not 30 vehicles but 22 ... It is now 2 and in the last ... it was submitted on the 28th of April 2026 ... it says under status: 'Disclosures submitted by employee.' We do not even know who completed that form.”

The Chairperson found the employee charged with defeating the course of justice and misconduct not guilty and recommended disciplinary action against others involved whose conduct brought the organization into disrepute.

“The employee pleaded not guilty in both counts. The Chairperson found the employee not guilty. The facts placed before him reveals that on balance of probabilities the employee did not commit misconduct. The Chairperson recommended that the criminal and disciplinary investigation against all those who were involved should be instituted as it is their conduct which brings the image of the organisation into disrepute.”
