Port Shepstone SAPS

The exhibits were physically taken to the Serious Organized Crime Unit offices in Port Shepstone, stored in a walk-in safe, and two days later entered into the SAP 13 register at Port Shepstone SAPS while still in the same location.

“the officers took the exhibits to the Serious Organized Crime Unit, Port Shepstone, stored it there in the walk-in safe. And then only on a later date, on the 24th of June, the exhibits were entered into the SAP 13 at Port Shepstone SAPS, whilst it was still, until their burglary and theft, in the walk-in safe in Port Shepstone Organized Crime Unit”

A security breach at the Port Shepstone DPCI offices on 20 January 2020 was reported and investigated, with a case opened at Port Shepstone SAPS under CAS 268/01/2020.

“On 2020-01-20 , a breach insecurity at the above mentioned offices was reported... A case was opened at Port Shepstone SAPS vide CAS 268/01/2020”
