Airport operation

Advocate Baloyi suggests that operations known to Chief Mashaba, such as the airport operation, were conducted outside his jurisdiction and no police were called, questioning Chief Mashaba's claim that he always calls police when things are out of jurisdiction.

“...which you did , which we discussed yesterday , which is outside of your jurisdiction , you did not call the police . So your answer saying I always call the police must be qualified .”
