Swart investigation

Lt-Gen Shibiri was trying to contact General Mbuso Khumalo regarding information from a source related to the Swart investigation, but did not have a follow-up conversation about the threats involved.

Witness B was not susceptible to bribery attempts related to the Swart investigation following the 16 May 2024 meeting.
