Grade A guards

The raw tender document from a third-party municipality or organ of state required Grade A guards, but Ngaphesheya had only Grade B guards and needed to apply for an upgrade to Grade A.

The General noted that the bid specified Grade B security guards, but the City required Grade A, and asked for information to correct this issue.

“The General says: 'Ngaphesheya is Grade B and has nothing in the documents... We need Grade A guards.'”
