Captain Fries

Complaints were brought to Brigadier Nyuswa's office, investigations were conducted, and people, including a female Warrant Officer and a retired Captain named Fries, were charged.

“There were complaints that were brought to my office and there were investigations that were done and there were people that were charged. Remember the investigation, it would be assigned to the disciplinary investigator and he would say this so-and-so must be charged. And I remember that the Warrant Officer, the female Warrant Officer, there was also Warrant Officer, I mean he is now a Captain who retired, I think Fries [?] was also charged to those complaints.”
