And the other thing, again, is they were working hand-in-glove, not hand-in-glove as per se, but whenever they had problems in the taxi ranks, they would interact with KZN, Provincial Commissioner. Because at one stage they had a meeting together with Mr Mswazi and Mr Xaba in KZN with regards to the issues that were to be resolved of taxi violence in KZN.”
