The driver of the truck was handed to Captain Medupi to be placed under arrest and was cuffed with cable ties later because initially he was to drive the truck to the SAP 13 pound.

I fetched the driver of the truck , who was already standing on the side of the truck . I then brought him back and handed him to Captain Medupi to place him under arrest as I was busy trying to manage the scene . Captain Medupi cuffed him with cable ties . The reason the truck driver was not cuffed earlier was that he was going to drive the truck to the SAP 13 pound .

ADV Mosikili alleges that Warrant Officer Magane, Warrant Officer Phakula and Captain Medupi all gave incorrect testimony about intention to leave the premises with the drug bags, leaving only Magane as truthful in denying intention to leave.

So, then your testimony is that she is incorrect to say that. And then Warrant Officer Phakula has to be also incorrect and also because the same information was relayed to Captain Medupi. That is also incorrect. So you have three people, according to you, that are lying about your intentions to leave. And the only person who is saying the truth is you.
