Mr. Raphesu is presently on duty but with restrictions that prevent him from investigating any matters related to SAPS or the security cluster.

Mr. Raphesu stated he cannot investigate any SAPS or security cluster matters including those involving members sitting in the security cluster.
“Page 129 of 131 cannot investigate any matter that has to deal with any SAPS matters, security cluster, that will include all the people that are sitting in the security cluster. I am barred from investigating those cases.”
Mr. Raphesu acknowledged that Ms. Pooue is included in the security cluster, meaning he cannot investigate matters related to her.
“And CI would be included in the security cluster, so you would not be... That is correct.”
