Durban Central OCI Enquiry

The witness took random samples from five bags for testing and sealed them in FSL exhibit bags marked with Durban Central OCI Enquiry and Port Shepstone SAP labels and handed them over to Warrant Officer Sibiya for safekeeping.

“I randomly picked up five bags and took out samples from each brick which I randomly selected...I placed the samples inside the FSL exhibit bags and sealed them...which I later handed over to Warrant Officer Sibiya for safekeeping until Lieutenant Jacob comes back from leave.”
