Colonel Sibiya admits he made a mistake by initially saying the ORS were there before the seal was broken, clarifying they were actually requested by Colonel Jacob after the seal was broken due to the discovery of drugs.

“What makes me remember that it was after the seal was broken was the fact that they were requested by Colonel Jacob to assist.”
