“I deny any wrongdoing whatsoever in this regard. I am willing to cooperate with the Commission's legitimate enquiries to the extent that such cooperation does not infringe upon my right to a fair process and my right against self-incrimination. I request that the Commission make a finding that there is no basis for the allegations made against me and that the SAPS immediately withdraw my suspension proceedings against me because I am not the criminal that the media suggests”
