Medicare 24 Tshwane District (Pty) Ltd

An affidavit was submitted by Major General Charity Madlala Matlou of SAPS Risk and Integrity Management supporting a criminal investigation into the alleged unlawful awarding of the Medicare 24 Tshwane contract.

Ntokozo Motsumi from Vhazwimi Security and Protection has permission and mandate to register and operate all Medicare 24 Tshwane District emergency response vehicles throughout South Africa, effectively making the fleet available to Vhazwimi Security and Protection for use.

“CEO of Medicare 24 Tshwane District (Pty) Ltd advise that Ntokozo Motsumi from the below organisation has our permission and mandate to register and operate all our emergency response vehicles throughout South Africa ... the company and address of Ntokozo Motsumi is given as Vhazwimi Security and Protection ... making the fleet of Medicare 24 Tshwane District available to Vhazwimi Security and Protection for use”
