Sergeant Nkosian

There was a lot of communication via WhatsApp messages about internal matters between Sergeant Nkosian, CFO Mnisi, and Deputy Commissioner Umashi Dhlamini, with Sgt Nkosian interfering in a land invasion tender.

Sergeant Nkosian sent WhatsApp messages directing to find vehicles for land to be given to Mfowethu related to the land invasion tender.

“there is an exchange of WhatsApp’s ... sent by Nkosi, and he says: "Captain, find below our vehicles for land to be given to Mfowethu."”

Sergeant Nkosian was interfering in the current land invasion tender where service level agreements have been signed.

“now you are dealing with this current tender where there are service level agreements that have been signed, and that you have got Sergeant Nkosi interfering”

There is an established relationship between Sergeant Nkosian and figures like Matlala.
