No warehouse is going to just let you utilise their staff for hours... moving such a volume of bags... majority of our labour and time would have gone... off loading bags... instead of focusing on the narcotics we have just seized... We sealed the container. So in my mind, we had , and generally rip-on-rip-off works like that... What you see in the front of the container 10 out of 10 times it was what was in the container.

Police officers need a relationship with the warehouse to effectively conduct crime scene investigation involving narcotics containers, including unpacking and inspecting them.

So the constraints are you need to have a relationship with the warehouse before you start . Once you have got that , you must be prepared to work because everything should be able to be done there ... It is called an unpack . Unpack and visual inspection .

Crime scenes at warehouses can be locked down and preserved for as long as required to prevent contamination or disruption.

Can you lockdown a crime scene at a warehouse , my answer , Commissioner , is yes . How long can you do it for ? As long as you want to . I have proven that my longest is two and a half days .
