Gauteng Organized Crime was called in by Brigadier Nkhwashu by instruction after the shooting incident to assist in the arrest process in a joint operation.

Brigadier Nkhwashu confirms he did not check the docket system since it was placed with Gauteng Organised Crime and did not know who the investigating officer was.
