General Khan called Chief Director Advocate Thami Mayisela and Deputy Director Mandla Sikhonyane to discuss speaker's employment status and insisted speaker be locked up despite boss's defense.

Then General Khan asked to talk to my boss, Chief Director Advocate Thami Mayisela. Then fortunately my boss and Mandla Sikhonyane were together and Mandla gave the Chief Director Advocate Thami Mayisela the phone still on loudspeaker. He enquired whether I am still employed, suspended or fired at the department. My boss confirmed that I am still an employee and asked Khan what is the problem. Khan responded that he found me on the scene of drugs in Aeroton. My boss said he does not care what I did, I must just be locked up.”
